Training is an important component of our
Culture of Integrity. It not only ensures we meet our regulatory obligations, but also that staff are trained on critical elements of RSG policies and procedures. The repeated failure to complete these mandatory trainings by the required due date causes substantial risk to the business. Therefore, beginning
January 19, 2021, RSG is instituting a formal
Compliance and Security Training Procedures and Disciplinary Program.
What does this mean for me? There will now be progressive counseling and disciplinary actions for repeatedly failing to complete compliance or security training within a six-month period. These actions include: notifications to management; notifications to leadership; and other actions up to, and including, termination (in accordance with local laws). Please carefully review
the program to familiarize yourself with the these outcomes.
